Easy Romantic Cocktails
Berry Mojito, Twists on Martinis & Cosmos, Strawberry Mint Sangria

Whether you're looking for something to get you in the mood, or a drink you can make for a group of singles, these drinks all fit the bill. As a bonus, they're super easy to make.
Apple of My Eye
Drink recipes really don’t get easier than this.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz cranberry vodka
- 2 oz cranberry-apple juice
- Asti-spumante sparkling wine
Preparation:
Add vodka and juice together in a champagne flute. Fill to top with spumante. Garnish with a cherry.
Berry Mint Crush
This one will appeal to mojito fans.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz raspberry vodka
- 1 oz. sour mix
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 3 blackberries or raspberries
- Club soda
Preparation:
Muddle the mint, berries and simple syrup in a shaker. Add vodka, sour mix and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a raspberry and/or mint leaves.
French Kiss Tini
A little sweet with a sour chaser, this drink will tantalize your tongue like a good French kiss.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz orange vodka
- 3/4 oz raspberry vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Preparation:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add both vodkas and juice. Shake very well and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a sugar rim and slice of orange or raspberries.
PAMA Kiss
A twist on the Cosmo that will make you pucker up for a big smooch.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz PAMA pomegranate liqueur
- 3/4 oz sour apple vodka or liqueur
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
Preparation:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with a handful of ice, and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry or pomegranate seeds. You can also rim the glass with sugar to take off some of the bite.
Pomegranate Cosmo
A more traditional take on the Cosmo that's perfect for a girl's night in.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- pomegranate juice
- 1 lime
Preparation:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, orange liqueur, triple sec, a splash of pomegranate juice and the juice from one lime. Shake very well and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a sugar rim and slice of lime.
Strawberry Mint Sangria
This one is great for a singles party.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced strawberries (fresh)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 bottle dry wine
- 12 oz club soda
Preparation:
In a large glass pitcher, combine the strawberries, mint leaves and brandy. Slowly pour in the dry wine and stir gently for a few seconds to mix up ingredients
Refrigerate for two hours. When ready to serve, add the club soda to the pitcher, stir gently again, then pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a mint spring or whole strawberry.
