Planning dinner for that special Valentine? Include one of these romantic cocktails!

Godiva Chocolate Berry Diva

Thanks to the romantics at TheBar.com for this luscious recipe.

  • 1 oz. Godiva Milk Chocoalte Liqueur
  • 1 oz. raspberry liqueur
  • 4 oz. club soda

Pour Godiva and raspberry liqueurs over ice, and top off with club soda. Serve garnished with a fresh berry.

Besame (Kiss Me)

Agavero is a tequila liqueur infused with the Damiana flower, long reputed to be an aphrodisiac. What a perfect choice for romance!

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 5-6 raspberries
  • 1 1/2 oz. Agavero
  • passion fruit juice
  • Chambord

Muddle the limes and raspberries in a highball glass. Add Agavero, a splash of Chambord, and top off with passion fruit juice. Pour the contents into a shaker with ice, and shake briskly to combine. Strain back into the highball glass.

Blushing Geisha

This flowery cocktail is lightly sweet and deliciously sippable. Ty ku sake liqueur is infused with a complex mix of fruits and herbs, including ginseng and damiana flower. There's that aphrodisiac again!

  • 2 oz. Ty ku liqueur
  • 1 oz. pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 oz. Sence rose nectar

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, or into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Serve garnished with a lime wedge. Or for an even more impressive presentation, garnish with a lemon or lime twist, and a few fresh blueberries.

Latin Love

Creamy and delicious - and proof that blender drinks don't have to wait for summer.

  • 1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
  • 1/4 oz. banana liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz. cream raspberry puree
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice

Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth. Strain into a tall glass rimmed with coconut flakes.

Death by Chocolate

Forget the heart-shaped box. This drink has enough chocolate to satisfy the wildest of chocaholics.

  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream (use a super-premium brand for the creamiest results)
  • 1 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 1 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz. dark creme de cacao
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • crushed ice (about 1 cup)

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall stemmed glass, and garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Morning Kiss

Champagne and romance go together like hugs and kisses.

  • 3/4 oz. apricot brandy
  • 3/4 oz. Plymouth gin
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • champagne

Mix the brandy, gin, and orange juice with cracked ice in a shaker or blender, and strain into a large, chilled wine goblet. Top off with cold champagne and stir gently.

The Dove Champagne Cocktail

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 oz. brandy
  • 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
  • 1 sugar cube
  • champagne

Place the sugar cube in a chilled champagne glass and saturate it with bitters. Add the brandy and orange liqueur, and top off with cold champagne.
